Meditation and mindfulness not only helps calm the nervous system, sleep better and get reconnected to yourself. It also will increase productivity, mood and energy!
In this busy, fast paced city it’s important to slow down and self care.
Thursday night meditation classes are a chance for you to come as you are, dressed comfy or snuggly, ready to completely relax the mind, tune in to yourself and come back into the present.

The F.I.R.E. “NO MEANS NO” program teaches street smarts and provides self defence and self empowerment for women. This program teaches women how to safe in all aspects of life.
F.I.R.E. is one of the best women’s self defense systems because it’s practical. It’s about survival and how to use that survival instinct to stay safe. This program was created with the mindset that any woman regardless of her physical shape or size can use the simple skills & techniques of this system to protect herself in most questionable situations
F.I.R.E. is about survival and uses “street fighting” techniques as a strategy to combat violence and assaults.
This workshop will teach girls/women how to handle assault situations such as wrist grabs, hair pulls, front and back chokes and how to handle a ground situation.

Babies & Barre allows new moms to get back to their fitness routine in a baby-friendly space! The Barre class is safe and effective no matter where you are in your post-partum fitness journey*.
With lots of options and modifications, you can rock this class whether it's your first or your hundredth workout post baby!
You are welcome to bring your stroller, car seat, etc., or have your baby lay on one of our mats during the class. Feel free to bring your carrier/baby wrap, but know that this class is not designed for baby wearing throughout.
