Hi Momma! Barre is an excellent way to stay in shape during pregnancy! We've developed a Barre class that is specifically designed to keep you strong during pregnancy, build muscle groups that will help you prepare for a successful delivery and a quicker postpartum recovery.
Working your entire body this low impact class will target the areas that are required to stay strong during your pregnancy. Sticking true to Barre format the class will begin with a few stretches followed with a short upper body segment. Moving to the barre you will work particularly on hip stability and strengthening your glutes before moving to mat pilates work where we will focus on breath, mobility and keeping your core connected without crunches!
Prenatal classes will be an 8 week package beginning July 20th, 1 class per week. Classes will be each Thursday at 1:15 pm.

Sofie is a fitness professional with several years of group fitness training experience. She is a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and has done extensive research in pre and post natal exercises. She has continued her education with the American Counsel of Exercise for Pre Natal Fitness and Pre and Post Natal Exercise.
