Our challenging workouts strengthen and tone the entire body in a efficient 45 minutes. Body Balance is a targeted full-body workout creating long lean muscles. Interval training at the barre uses small controlled movements and your body weight to work every major muscle group. Active stretching helps increase flexibility and elongate muscles following each exercise. Body Balance classes will be capped at 15 people per class, making sure all clients get the attention they deserve.

Balanced Barre

A fun, full body workout, encompassing the principles of ballet, pilates, yoga and dance. We keep you moving by incorporating fun props, challenging, ever-changing movements and upbeat music.

Vinyasa Yoga

Embrace a state of flow. This yoga class is dynamic, explorative and challenging. Incorporating creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas and traditional teachings, it’s the hallmark of intelligent asana.



Party at the Barre! We have amplified our Barre routines to create a high energy fun cardio workout. Our Barredio class is designed to boost the heart rate with high energy exercises that keep you on your toes. Its packed with fun for an energetic all around workout!


Power Pilates

A sequence of cores exercises designed to build up your power house. Using breath and core to energize and strengthen your body. Expect a challenging and thoughtful workout for arms, legs and core.


First Class

Sign up by creating an account on MindBody. You can purchase classes and reserve your spot through their easy scheduling system. For your first class arrive 15 mins early to complete and sign our waiver, as well as get a tour of the studio. All equipment is provided. Wear comfortable workout gear.

+ Who can take a Barre class?

Our workouts can be tailored to all ages and fitness abilities. We would like you to feel comfortable taking our classes no matter what your age or fitness ability. Don't worry if you have not exercised for a while – while the class might be challenging, there are different options available to meet everyone's ability level.

+ How do I create my account?

Please go to MINDBODY under our Schedule page and create your account to start booking classes.

+ How often should I do Body Balance Barre?

We believe that you get the best results from exercise by working out three to five times per week. With the variety we offer in our routines, you are able to benefit from a cardiovascular workout as well as the stretching and strengthening of yoga. Listen to your body, and remember to keep that balance with whatever else you are doing in your life.

+ Why so much stretching?

Stretching is important in creating a lean, long physique and improving your flexibility and overall wellbeing. Please take the stretches seriously – they play an important part in changing your body and preventing injury.

+ What if I have injuries?

Consult with your doctor before taking any class with an injury. Body Balance classes can be modified for injured students. Please speak to you instructor about your injury before the class begins. We encourage you to speak with the team to assist you with any injuries or concerns.

+ Can I take a Body Balance class if I am pregnant?

Clients can take a Barre class while pregnant, although we would encourage you to keep to the classic Body Balance Barre or Yoga Barre classes. We encourage you to discuss your pregnancy with your instructor.

+ What should I wear?

Workout clothing, bare feet or grip socks if you prefer. Bring water.

+ What if I can't make it to a class I've booked?

Classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours in advance of the class and your credit will be returned to your account. If you have to cancel less than 2 hours before the start of the class it will be considered a late cancel. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged $20 for unlimited membership options or 1 class will be deducted from class packages. The $20 fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. If you do not have a credit card on file, your Mindbody account will be debited the $20 fee and you will be asked to reconcile on your next login to Mindbody or in-studio visit. Cancellations can be done online through our booking system or by calling the studio.

+ What if the class I want has a wait list?

If class is full, join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will be notified up to 30 minutes before the class via email or text message.(Remember to opt-in for our emails). If a client has been added to the class they are considered as registered. If you cannot make it to class, login to Mindbody and cancel.

+ Do you have locker rooms and showers?

There are lockers available for your valuables. We have bathrooms and changing rooms to change clothes. We have also provided a vanity area with beauty products to help you freshen up after class.
